Ingredients
Ingredients:
2heads of Romaine Lettuce
8slicesof Salami
2cupsof Rotisserie Chicken
Cherry Tomatoes
Avocados
Red Onion
Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
Cucumber
1jar of Pepperoncini Peppers
OPTIONAL Easy Homemade Croutons:
1Baguette
Drizzle Olive Oil to coat
Garlic Salt to taste
Grinder Dressing:
1/2cupmayonnaise
1/2cupgreek yogurt
1/3cupgrated parmesan
2tbspolive oil
2tbsplight olive oil
2tbspwhite white vinegar
1tspdried oregano
2clovesgarlic minced
1tbsplemon juice
saltpepper & cayenne pepper to taste
Instructions
Chop up the romaine lettuce. Add lettuce to the bowls, then add chopped cucumbers, avocado,tomatoes, pepperocini peppers, red onion, cheddar cheese, salami & rotisserie chicken. Add homemade croutons & drizzle with grinder dressing & devour!
Easy Homemade Croutons:
Dice up baguette into small crouton pieces. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt & toss.. Place on a baking sheet at 350 until crispy & golden brown about 5 to 10 minutes. Keep an eye on them.
Grinder Dressing:
Add all ingredients to immersion blender safe container, immersion blend. Pour into sealed container & refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
It may seem like more ingredients so it is hare-- but promise it is not it is really just throwing all of the salad ingredients into a bowl, as much as you want. I don't have certain measurements for the onion or avocado-- just depends on your preference! The only thing you have to "make" is the dressing which takes 5 minutes & if you want to make the easy croutons.
