Healthy Salted Caramel Apple Dip

This easy clean healthier dip, is perfect as a center piece for a snack board for a get together, after school snack or needing something sweeter to munch on at night time. Grab your fruits and or salty pretzels and let's get started!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 4 tbsp date syrup
  • 3 tbsp coconut cream not milk, cream in can
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  • In mixing bowl add cashew butter, date syrup, coconut cream, vanilla extract, salt and cinnamon. Mix and fold with a spatula until fully incorporated.
  • Cover and then let sit for 30 minutes in the fridge, then serve! Lasts for up to two weeks in the refrigerator.

Notes

** I serve mine in an apple. So start by slicing the side, a little before the stem as seen below. You can see a side angle to see how far. Then start coring it out with a knife. I have found doing a circular outline and then cutting the inside into fourths to pop out works well. Just make sure you don't pierce all the way through. Then in order to get it to lay without rolling. The side you are setting it on. Cut it flat ever so slightly so you cannot see if when looking at it straight on, but now it is flat to rest on and will not roll. :)
