An easy week night dinner in your slow cooker or crock pot. Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Ranch Tacos are a family favorite and super simple!

Ingredients
4boneless skinless chicken breastsabout 2 pounds
1cupof salsa verde
1/2tbspdill dried
1/2tbspparley dried
1 1/2tsponion powder
1tspgarlic powder
1tspsalt
1/2tsppepper
HGHF Ranch Ingredients:
1/2tbspdill dried
1/2tbspparley dried
1 1/2tsponion powder

2tbspchives fresh if possible
1cupbuttermilk
1cupgreek yogurt
3/4cupmayo
Instructions
First you will divide out your seasoning. The ranch dressing and chicken use the same spices & same amounts. So you will divide out the seasons twice. 1/2 tbsp parley dried, 1 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper in each small bowl.
Then in a deep dish add your boneless skinless chicken breasts. Season both sides of chicken breasts with 1 bowl of your seasoning. Then set aside.
In your crock pot or slow cooker add 1 cup of salsa verde at the bottom. Then add in your seasoning chicken breasts on top. Turn on low for 3 hours.
While the chicken is cooking in your crock pot or slow cooker you will make your HGHF Ranch Dressing. Add your greek yogurt, mayo, buttermilk and second bowl of seasoning to a air tight container, whisk together, cover with a lid and refrigerate until the tacos are ready.
Once chicken is done, remove chicken from crock pot or slow cooker, let it rest for 10 minutes before shredding. Shred chicken & add back into the salsa verde. Mix until combined.
Add your chicken to taco shells, drizzle ranch on top of chicken, sprinkle cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and any other ingredients your heart desires and enjoy!
