Easy Queso Walking Taco

- 2 cups HGHF Easy Instant Pot Queso see link above or search in search bar
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet mild taco seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup yellow onion chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bag Garden of Eatin Tortilla Chips OR Pipcorn Corn Dippers
- 2 avocados
- shredded lettuce
- cherry tomatoes
Other Items Needed
- Plain Wet Wax Sandwich Bags linked above
In a medium skillet add 1 tbsp olive oil and heat at medium heat. Then add in minced garlic & onions. Let it saute for 2 minutes.
Add in the ground meat, cook and break down into taco sized pieces until no pink. Then follow the mild taco seasoning packet instructions. Add it in per instructions on the packet.
Remove the skillet from heat and great ready to start layering your Walking Tacos
Take your Plain Wet Wax Sandwich Bag fold it down on either side till about half way, tucking it under as seed above Break apart your tortilla chips or scoops at the bottom
Next add in the seasoned beef and drizzle the HGHF Queso on top
Then sprinkle on the cherry tomatoes, chopped avocados, shredded lettuce and any other toppings you'd want! Dig in!
