Easy Denver Omelette Waffle

These easy, healthy and low carb omelette waffles are out of this world! You are going to want to make these for a fun family gathering or perfect meal prep for the week!

Equipment

  • Waffle Iron

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tbsp chopped Wellshire Applewood Smoked Ham
  • 4 tbsp chopped green pepper
  • 4 tbsp thick cut cheddar cheese shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Makes 4 individual Egg Waffles
    In a mixing bowl add egg, diced Wellshire Applewood Smoked Ham, thick cut cheddar cheese, green pepper and then season with salt pepper. Wisk until fully scrambled.
  • Heat the waffle iron per instructions, and spray with approved oil ( we use avocado oil )
  • Pour batter into the waffle iron, 1 tbsp at a time until it is filled to capacity that it can hold without over flowing.
  • Set the timer for 3 minutes, take it out exactly at 3 minutes.
  • Then top with more cheese, salsa or whatever your heart desires!
