Easy Denver Omelette Waffle

- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp chopped Wellshire Applewood Smoked Ham
- 4 tbsp chopped green pepper
- 4 tbsp thick cut cheddar cheese shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
Makes 4 individual Egg WafflesIn a mixing bowl add egg, diced Wellshire Applewood Smoked Ham, thick cut cheddar cheese, green pepper and then season with salt pepper. Wisk until fully scrambled. Heat the waffle iron per instructions, and spray with approved oil ( we use avocado oil )
Pour batter into the waffle iron, 1 tbsp at a time until it is filled to capacity that it can hold without over flowing.
Set the timer for 3 minutes, take it out exactly at 3 minutes.
Then top with more cheese, salsa or whatever your heart desires!
