Easy Crock-Pot BBQ Chicken
Grease the inside of your crock pot. Then in a large mixing bowl add in 2 cups of BBQ sauce, garlic cloves minced, Worcester sauce and brown sugar. Whisk until fully incorporated
Place the boneless skinless chicken breasts into the crock-pot, where they are nestled next to each other pour the BBQ sauce mixture over them. Then flip over the chicken breasts to have them full coated. BBQ mixture should still be covering them
Cook on high for 3 1/2 hours
Once the time is up shred your chicken breasts with 2 forks. Or the method I LOVE is to place the chicken breasts into the Kitchen Aide Mixer, shred on medium speed, then place back into the crock pot. Give it a few stirs and then recover and let it simmer in the sauce for about 10 minutes.
Then you are ready to start layering your BBQ chicken flat bread!
