Easy Baked Garlic Dijon Ham Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 Package of 12 mini Hawaiian Rolls
  • 12 slices of Spiral Ham
  • 6 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 3 garlic cloves minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Grape Seed Oil light olive oil
  • 1/2 Lemon juiced
  • 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions

Garlic Dijon Aioli

  • Put the mayou garlic cloves minced, grape seed oil, lemon juice, dijon, salt and pepper into the immersion blender, Blend, going up and down with your immersion blender for about 1-2 minutes, until fully creamy! The put aside until you are ready to make the sliders. You could put the aioli in an air tight container for up to 4 days in the refrigerator.

Easy Baked Garlic Dijon Ham Sliders

  • Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 12 baking sheet with olive oil.
  • Using a large serrated knife, cut down the middle of the connected slider buns to separate the tops and bottoms, leaving the tops connected to one another and the bottoms as well.
  • Place the bottom layer of the buns in the baking sheet.Then start layering your slices of ham evenly. Then your swiss cheese on top of that.
  • Then spread Garlic Dijon Aioli generously over the top layer of the hawaiian rolls and place it on top of the mini buns, making sure the top buns align with the bottom.
  • Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Take out of the oven, remove the aluminum , spray the tops of the buns with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Place back in the oven uncovered for an additional 10 minutes and bake until cheese is melted. Then pull off a slider for yourself and enjoy!!

Notes

*** nutritional facts are without the aioli, because they aioli makes a little more than you will put on your sliders.
