Flour surface of large cutting board and with rolling pin start to roll out your Bacon Toaster Scramble Dough into a rectangle with rolling pin. Flour the tops of the dough as well to make sure it doesn’t stick. You want your dough to be 1/16th of an inch thick.
With a pizza dough cutter, cut your large rectangle, discarding the leftover dough into the bowl to use to make your final scrambles. This should be enough to create 8 mini rectangles ( 4 toaster scrambles all together)
Cut the dough horizontally in half then you cut 3 evenly spaced vertical lines to create 4 rectangles at the top & 4 rectangles at the bottom.
In the frying pan, portion out your filling in the pan to 6 piles ( or 8 depending on how many you're making)
Next take one of your rectangles flatten out a bit more with your rolling pin. Then add your portion of the Bacon Toaster Scramble Filling in the center of the rectangle, spreading it to about ¼ inch away from the sides. Next take another one of your rectangles flatten out a bit more with your rolling pin. Then place directly over the filling symmetrically to the other side.
Wet a fork, and pinch the sides together ( top & bottom dough) to secure the filling. Repeat for all of them. Rolling out the discarded dough to make two more.
Place in the oven at 375 for 20 minutes and then enjoy!
