In a large baking sheet, layer with parchment paper and pre heat oven to 425. Next chop the fingerling potatoes in 1 1/2 inch pieces and toss in melted garlic ghee.
Then turn down the oven to 400 degrees. In the same bowl now cut your Brussel sprouts in half, then toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp pepper and 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
Take out sheet pan, toss potatoes and Brussel Sprouts. Then chop up your bacon slices in bite sized pieces. Then sprinkle on top of your sheet pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
