– Eggs
– Everything bagel
seasoning
– Frozen cauliflower rice
– Frozen mixed veggies
– Brussel sprouts
– Garlic
– Onion powder
– Paprika
– Chili powder
– Salt
Full Ingredients
In a medium frying pan, pour out all of the cauliflower rice.

Then add in minced garlic evenly over the top of the cauliflower rice & the mix in.

Then push the mixture off to the sides of the pan, to where there is a well to add the eggs in.
