EASY AIR FRIED BUFFALO CHICKEN

If you are not a huge blue cheese fan, this is my favorite if you want to try it, because it is not too strong at all– just has that hint of blue cheese! 

INGREDIENTS:

– Cream cheese – Blue cheese – Milk – Mayo – Worcester sauce – Garlic powder – Chicken – Bread crumbs – Parmesan – Buffalo sauce – Butter

These are so easy, delicious & way lighter than the typical fried buffalo chicken, without skimping on the taste!

Instructions:

In a large bowl that is hand mixer safe. Add in cream cheese, 3 oz of the crumbles, milk, mayo, Worcester sauce, garlic powder & start with 1/2 tsp of salt & pepper.

In a 9 X 11 baking dish lay out the chicken thighs at the bottom of the pan. Then in a small bowl whisk together 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp dill, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder & set aside.

In a medium size bowl add in hot sauce, garlic clove minced & 1 tbsp. butter melted, whisk together & set aside as well.

Take the spice mixture you just put together & sprinkle over the chicken thighs in the baking dish. Half the mixture on one side, then flip over & use the second half of the mixture on that side.
