SUGAR FREE CROCK POT PARTY MEATBALLS

I am bringing you a delicious, tangy yet sweet sauce for these sugar-free Crock Pot Party Meatballs that will have your taste buds going crazy and your body feeling good after!

INGREDIENTS:

– Beef – Egg – Bread crumbs – Parsley – Onion powder – Paprika – Cayenne pepper – Tomato paste – Rice flour – Karviva unwind

We love to have these meatballs as an appetizer, but they can be enjoyed in so many other delicious ways as well!

Instructions:

In a large bowl, add your ground beef, 3 cloves of garlic, minced, 1/3 cup chopped parsley or 1 tbsp dried parsley, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. of onion powder, 1/4 tsp paprika, 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper.

Then add in 1 egg and 1/3 cup gluten-free bread crumbs, and then take a spatula and incorporate until combined again.

After heating 2 tbsp. of olive oil in a deep frying pan with a lid. Now take your medium cookie scooper and scoop out your bite-sized meatballs, roll into a ball, and place them on a large plate.

Braise for 2 minutes on one side, then flip onto the other side that was facing up and braise for 2 minutes.
