SIMPLE AIR FRIED BUFFALO CHICKEN

These are so easy, delicious, and way lighter than the typical fried buffalo chicken, without skimping on the taste!

INGREDIENTS:

– Cream cheese – Blue cheese crumbles – Milk – Mayo – Worcester Sauce – Garlic powder – Chicken – Bread crumbs – Buffalo Sauce – Butter

In a large bowl that is hand mixer-safe. Add in cream cheese, 3 oz of the crumbles, milk, mayo, Worcester sauce, garlic powder, & start with 1/2 tsp of salt & pepper.

Instructions:

In a 9 X 11 baking dish, lay out the chicken thighs at the bottom of the pan. Then, in a small bowl, whisk together 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp dill, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp onion powder & set aside.

In a medium-sized bowl, add the hot sauce, garlic cloves minced, & 1 tbsp. melted butter. Whisk together & set aside as well.

Take the spice mixture you just put together & sprinkle it over the chicken thighs in the baking dish. Half the mixture on one side, then flip over & use the second half of the mixture on that side.

Take your hands & rub in the seasoning on both sides. Then pour the hot sauce mixture over the chicken thighs.
