POST WORKOUT BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE POPSICLES

These are my favorite popsicles to make especially to have on hand after workouts. They are the best to have to cool you down and replenish your joints after getting after it!

INGREDIENTS:

– Bold Berry Lemonade Karviva – Banana – Blueberries – Vanilla Greek Yogurt – Lemon Juice – Ground Flax Seed – Xanthan Gum

These Post Workout Blueberry Smoothie Popsicles encompass one of my favorite post work out drinks and I cannot wait to share these with you!

Instructions:

Add ingredients in the order you see in ingredients list to a high power blender. Pour into popsicle molds, freeze for up to 5 hours. Then enjoy!
