NO BAKE PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL ENERGY BITES

Well these No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Energy Bites take it to a whole new level. I am telling ya, makes life a million trillion billion times easier through the week. 

INGREDIENTS:

– Oats – Peanut butter  – Maple syrup – Salt – Chocolate chunks – Vital proteins collagen – Carrot 

They are so simple, so filling, great source of protein & perfect even for that bite after a great workout. I also sneak a little bit of a vegetable serving, because lets face it. My kid is getting harder to trick.

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl add in 1 cup peanut butter & maple syrup, stir to incorporate. Then add in oats, salt, chopped chocolate, collagen, salt & grated carrots.

 Fold with a spatula until fully incorporated.

Place parchment paper on tray & roll out about 1 tbsp of “dough” for each bite, continue until the “dough” is gone.

Then place in freezer for at least 30 minutes. Then transfer to a sealed container & keep in the freezer.
