HEALTHY  PROTEIN POWER BREAKFAST BOWL

Farro has incredible health benefits, and this breakfast will hands down keep you full longer, satisfied, and wanting it again tomorrow! Perfect for meal prep as well.

INGREDIENTS:

– Farro – Milk – Apricot – Pecans – Blueberries – Strawberries – Honey

Cook 1 cup farro per bagged instructions.

Instructions:

Then double or triple the cashew milk recipe to make more milk for the week ahead as well!

Then in a bowl add in farro, pour milk of choice on top, and add in dried apricots, pecans, blueberries & strawberries.

Microwave for 30 to 60 seconds.

If the milk & farro was just made they both will be warm so 30 seconds will do, however, if they are both cold, when you are making this later in the week go for 60.
