HEALTHY BUTTERMILK CHIA PISTACHIO ENERGY BITES

These energy bites are the ultimate flavor combination! They are easy, nutritious, and perfect for post-snacks, lunchbox treats, or anytime you are in need of a snack!

INGREDIENTS:

– Kodiak cakes – Cashew butter – Cranberries – Maple syrup – Coconut oil – Vanilla extract – Chocolate chips – Pistachios

These are healthy, easy, & delicious snacks for post-workouts, snacks after work, and a lunch box treat!

In a large mixing bowl, add Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Chia Mix, cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.

Instructions:

With a spatula, mix until thoroughly combined, like batter. Then pour in the dried cranberries & mix them in until evenly distributed.

Line a baking sheet with wax paper and start to roll out the energy bite, each energy bite uses about 1 heaping tbsp of energy bite batter.

In a small bowl start to melt your white chocolate chips in 30 second increments in the microwave.
