HEALTHY BAKED KETO CHIVE CARROT FRITTERS

These fritters are the perfect snack, appetizer or low carb bread substitution.

INGREDIENTS:

– Carrots – Egg – Monterey jack cheddar – Almond flour – Chive – Cayenne pepper – Dill

They are oh so tasty with hints of chive and garlic, they are for sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Instructions:

In food processor shred the carrots then transfer to a medium bowl. Then add in egg, almond flour, chopped chive, cheese, dill, cayenne & salt.

With a fork whisk together ingredients until thoroughly combined. Then divide out batter so you form 6 patties.

Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then with a spatula, carefully flip them & bake for another 10 minutes until they start to get crisp. Then enjoy!
