After heating 2 tbsp. of olive oil in a deep frying pan with a lid. Now take your medium cookie scooper and scoop out your bite-sized meatballs, roll into a ball, and place them on a large plate.
In the same frying pan on medium heat (DO NOT CLEAN), add in 1 tbsp. of brown rice flour. Whisk the flour around the browned meat bits. Let it cook for 1 minute.
