In a food processor, add 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar & 1 stick of unsalted butter cut into 10 slices. Then process until it starts to form a ball of dough in the food processor.
While the base layer is cooking. Zest the 2 lemons & then chop the zest cup, set aside in small bowl. Then juice the 2 lemons ( about 1/3 cup lemon juice).
Once the base layer is done, place it on the stovetop. Then give your lemon filling another whisk & then pour on top of a base layer. Then cook in the oven at 350 degrees for another 20 minutes.
