EASY SPICY TUNA LUNCH BOWLS

These are a quick and easy meal prep for your week ahead!

INGREDIENTS:

– Albacore tuna – Mayo – Greek yogurt – Hot sauce – Soy sauce – Rice vinegar – Brown rice – Cucumbers – Avocado – Carrots – Seasame seeds

Take your classic tuna salad and take it to the next level– this is sure going to be in the meal prep rotation!

Instructions:

In a medium sized bowl add in mayo, Greek Yogurt, salt, hot sauce, soy sauce and rice vinegar. Mix until throughout combined.

Add in the 3 cans of tuna drained and break apart into bite sized pieces with a fork.

Then with a spatula mix well until thoroughly combined.
