EASY LOW CARB FRUIT PIZZA

This recipe is super kid friendly and really fun to make with kiddos. Do whatever fruit combination that works for you and can use regular sugar if you are not looking for a low carb version.

INGREDIENTS:

– Kodiak Cake Carb Conscious Mix – Egg – Unsalted Butter – Monk Fruit Sweetener – Cream Cheese – Vanilla Extract – Greek Yogurt – Low Carb Fruit of Choice

In this delicious recipe we are working with the DELICIOUS Kodiak Cakes Carb Conscious mix. A mix of regular flour & gluten free flour.

HOW DO WE MAKE THIS EASY LOW CARB FRUIT PIZZA

1. In a large mixing bowl add in 1 stick of unsalted butter brought to room temperature,  ½ cup Monk Fruit Sweetener and 4 tbsp cream cheese.

2. Using your hand mixer, mix for 1 minute, until the mixture starts to combine well, then add in the 2 eggs, continue to mix for another 2 minutes, which should bring it to a nice smooth consistency.

3. Add in 1 cup of Kodiak Cake Carb Conscious Mix and fold in until combined with spatula.
