– Wellshire Irish Bacon – Red Potatoes – Green Cabbage – Salt – Ground Mustard – Pepper - Coriander - Cayenne Pepper - Olive Oil
SECOND LAYER: While the potatoes are baking, you will chop up 1/2 a green cabbage into bite sized pieces as well. Toss with 1 tbsp olive oil and then season with paprika, salt, pepper and ground mustard. Take potato sheet pan out of the oven and now spread cabbage over the sheet pan.
THIRD LAYER: After the cabbage and potatoes bake 15 more minutes at 400 degrees, you will turn down your oven once more to 375. Then slice up your Irish Bacon into strips or bite sized pieces, depends on your preference. Then bake for 12 minutes NO MORE. You do not want to leave your bacon in there longer, because if you do it will dry out.
