INGREDIENTS:
– Kodiak cake power flour
– Cheddar
– Sweet corn
– Egg
– Milk
– Oil
– Chives
– Baking powder
– Garlic powder
– Cayenne powder

Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, sift your Kodiak Cake Power Flour, then add in the rest of your dry ingredients: baking powder, salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, shredded cheddar, & chiv
es.

Pour in your milk, oil, and egg. Take your mixing spatula & fold until fully incorporated, but do not over mix, just once all the mixture is “wet"

Next fold in your corn & set aside.

Heat 2 tbsp oil on your frying pan at medium heat. Cook each side for 3 to 4 minutes, each side will be crispy brown.
