In a large stock pot fill up halfway with water. Add in your new potatoes. Bring water to a boil and boil for 15 minutes until you can stick a fork through your potatoes.
While the potatoes are boiling. You will make the garlic herb butter. Add your softened butter to a mixing bowl. Add in your chives, oregano, minced garlic, salt and lemon juice.
Spray the bottom of a pint glass with olive oil. Then take the pint glass & press down the bottom of the glass on the center of the potato to begin smashing them.
