EASY EGGLESS HAM & VEGGIE BREAKFAST BURRITO

If you are like me who eat eggs all the time for breakfast this may seem a little out of your comfort zone, but trust me— it is a game-changer.

INGREDIENTS:

– Olive oil – Potatoes – Red pepper – Ham Steak – Salt – Garlic powder – Onion powder

Coming from a person who ADORES eggs for breakfast, coming up with a recipe that holds its savory own without the use of eggs was so much fun. 

In a medium-sized skillet add olive oil and heat on medium heat. Add in chopped potatoes and season with the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, paprika and cayenne pepper.

Instructions:

Cook for 10 minutes on medium, stiring occasionally with spatula.

Next you will dice up your 7oz of ham steak into 1/2 inch pieces. Add the diced ham steak into the skillet with the potatoes and mix until throughly combined.

After you will add in your chopped red peppers that are also in 1/2 inch pieces. Mix until throughly combined as well.
