EASY DAIRY FREE MONKEY BREAD

Have you ever had monkey bread growing up? If you have you will love this delicious dairy free recipe, that packs a prebiotic punch to it!

INGREDIENTS:

– Refridgerated biscuit dough  – Coconut sugar – Ground cinnamon – Chopped pecans – Brown sugar – Vegan butter

If you have never had monkey bread before… get ready, game changer!

In a sauce pan you will add in 1/2 cup vegan butter and turn the burner on low to melt it gradually.

Instructions:

Once the butter is melting and not bubbling, add in your 1/2 cup Karuna Silky Oat. Whisk together until incorporated. 

Then add in the 1 1/2 cup brown sugar. Increase the heat to medium low and continue to whisk until the brown sugar starts to dissolve about 1 minute.

Then you will bring to a boil and consistently stir for about 4 minutes.
