EASIEST 30 MINUTE SHRIMP BURRITO BOWL

It is the perfect dinner! However, one of the many things I love about this Easy 30 Minute Shrimp Burrito Bowl is that it is delicious for lunch as well!

INGREDIENTS:

– Shrimp – Olive oil – Cumin – Salt – Paprika – Lemon – Taylor farms southwest meal kit

Talk about a perfect lunch meal prep for the week too. Also the shrimp leftover is wonderful in wraps or on salad as well through the week.

Instructions:

In an 8 X 11 baking dish shrimp and toss in the juice of 1 lime and pour over the top of the shrimp. Flip over the shrimps to coat with the lime juice.

In a small bowl whisk together the salt, cumin, and paprika. Then sprinkle both sides of the shrimp with the seasoning, rubbing it in with your hands.

In frying pan heat 1 tbsp. of olive oil on medium heat for 1 minute. Add the shrimp cook for about 2 minutes on each side until they turn white/pink and are opaque.

Then set the shrimp on a plate while you cook the Taylor Farms Southwest meal kit per the instructions on the bag in the same frying pan.
