CITRUS ASIAN CRUNCH SALAD WITH CHICKEN (PANERA COPYCAT)

Panera's New Citrus Asian Crunch Salad with Chicken but make it at home! It is easy, delicious and family friendly Healthy for lunch & dinner!

This salad has a lot of extra things to it, and so I created a much easier version to make yourself. However, even though it is easier, it truly tastes EXACTLY like it.

INGREDIENTS:

– Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh – Power Blend Mixture – Romaine Lettuce – Edamame – Cilantro – Onion – Avocado – Orange – Vinegar

Place your chicken thighs in deep dish container. Sprinkle salt & pepper over each side of the chicken thighs.

In frying pan turn to medium heat & heat 1 tbsp olive oil. Place marinaded chicken thighs on pan and cook 7 to 8 minutes on each side.

Divide the power blend & chopped romaine among bowls. Then sprinkle HGHF pickled onions on top, edamame, avocado & cilantro.
