INGREDIENTS:
– Kodiak Cakes Homestead Style Cornbread
– Butter
–Milk
– Bacon
– Cheddar

I used Kodiak Cakes Homestead Style Cornbread for this recipe which uses 100% whole grain– their motto stands with everything HGHF stands for.

Cook bacon using your favorite cooking method until it is about 3/4 cook.

Then place on plate with paper towel underneath while I finish the rest of the ingredients.

Shred the 4 oz of sharp cheddar and 4 oz of the pepper jack cheese and place in a bowl to set aside. Then chop the green onions into bite sized pieces.
