I have come to a realization that making soups is one of my favorite things! I am not making that up. This is VERY much a truth of mine 🙂 I have the best time combining such comforting flavors together and letting them simmer. The aroma of the house when you have a soup going just makes my heart feel cozy… I mean can’t you feel that?! I know I can!
Food is powerful on so many levels, but one think in particular is its ability to bring back memories.
Soup during the Fall & Winter ALWAYS brings back memories to me. Why? Because we are always around the dinner table enjoying it together as a family. Whether it is a nice easy going Sunday family dinner with the Sausage Tortellini Soup or needing a fast nutritious Instant Pot Chicken Noodle Soup— our go to at least once a week is : SOUP! That is why I had to come up with the ULTIMATE Healthy Fall and Winter Soup Round Up. I mean we all need a go to guide right??
Now I couldn’t just do this round up myself. Why? Because once again, soup to me is about family, it is about gathering, it is about sharing. Therefore, I really wanted to share this post among other amazing young ladies that I share this wonderful space with. These recipes come from some of the beautiful, strong, boss babe women I have come to know (some in real life and some SOME day in real life) and love through this journey. We cannot do this alone, it is about community and so this soup post is just that. Coming together, having a seat at the table and sharing memories with those you love.
