Who said you cannot have your chocolate chip cookies & eat them too?! Here we don’t! Today I am sharing a High Protein Chocolate Chip Cookie Dip that 100% lets you have your cookies and eat them too. Not only in a delicious way, but also in a healthy way! This recipe is packed with protein and no added sugars. I will show you guys how I use this High Protein Chocolate Chip Cookie Dip in many ways. I love to make this for easy snack, healthy dessert or on rice cakes after workout!
What Easy Ingredients are in the High Protein Chocolate Chip Cookie Dip?
A few of the many things I love about this recipe is:
- It is a NO BAKE recipe
- It requires minimal ingredients
I mean how can you go wrong with that? This recipe is also easy to accommodate depending on preferences or diet needs. I will walk you through it below!
Ingredients:
- 1 block of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips ( I love Lily’s)
- 1/2 cup of creamy cashew butter
- 1 scoop of favorite chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
*** MUST use cashew butter, no other nut butter. Why? because nut butter is CREAMY & super super mild. It does not have a strong nut taste. We use the cashew butter to give us the creamy consistency. If you use almond or peanut butter it will taste like peanuts or almonds , so you won’t get the chocolate chip cookie like taste. Trust me 🙂
Cream Cheese & Greek Yogurt: you can use whatever kind you’d like. However if you want to use LESS cream cheese. You can do 4 oz cream cheese & 1 cup greek yogurt instead.

What is the Best Way to Eat High Protein Chocolate Chip Cookie Dip?
I think the answer is there really is no wrong way to eat it 🙂 However, there are a few way that’s I recommend eating it!
- Spoon.… yes I am joking a little bit. However, eat just with your spoon and directing it right into your mouth, truly can’t go wrong!
- Rice Cakes: I LOVE putting it on rice cakes for an after workout snack. Honestly, it is crazy the kind of food that once you eat it, you can tell your body is recovering. It is just the kind of good fats & protein needed after a workout. Tasty too!

- Brownie Thin Crackers: I AM OBSESSED WITH THESE. Yes I needed to put it in all caps so you could tell my seriousness. They are seriously that good. I bought them at the store, but linked them from amazon for you so you can see or purchase if you’d like (which you will trust me!) They are the best to use for this dip, hands down.

Most Common Questions When Making the High Protein Chocolate Chip Cookie Dip
Do you have to use cashew butter in this recipe?
Yes 🙂 Cashew butter is very bland tasting which we want because it lets us control the flavor and gives us that cookie dough creamy consistency. Other nut butters will make it taste like almonds or peanuts which we don’t want.
Can you make this recipe dairy free?
I have not used DF greek yogurt or DF cream cheese, but if you have ones you trust of both of those I would try it!
What if you do not want to use a whole block of cream cheese?
If you don’t want to use a whole block of cream cheese you can use 4oz cream cheese & 1 cup greek yogurt. It won’t be a thick of a consistency, but still delicious!
Can I use fat free cream cheese & low fat Greek yogurt?
You can! However, I usually steer away from low fat items, because there are other chemicals added & nutrients taken out to make it “low fat”. Therefore the whole ingredients in my opinion are the best way to go for your body in the long run.
How long does this dip last in the fridge?
Covered in the fridge for up to 7 days!

I have had the worst sweet tooth lately and just made this today and it is AMAZING! I used cookies and cream protein powder instead because I didn’t have chocolate and it still turned out great. I also got the simple mills honey cinnamon thins because the Whole Foods I went to was out of the chocolate brownie, and while they are still delicious, I really want to try it with the chocolate ones! Overall, so simple, so quick, and SO GOOD! Will definitely be making again!
