Guys, I am loving that I can start posting Fall recipes. Truly, one of my favorite seasons. Nothing beats the sweaters, the crisp air and the cozy food!! Although this Fall may look different for us depending on how things are going– I think it is even more essential now for the delicious cozy foods we can fall back on as well as ones that taste all Fall, but are cleaner for us as well! This Healthy Dairy Free Salted Caramel Apple Dip will have you singing Fall’s praises over and over. It is the epic healthy snack this season.
Now what do we think of when it comes to Fall:
Pumpkin, apples, sweet potatoes.. all the fall flavors!
That is where this clean caramel apple dip came to be! I love caramel, always have and always will. However, it does not ALWAYS have the best ingredients for us. Not to mention Caramel Apples are SO fall, but I don’t love what they do for our bodies. That is why I created a dip that tastes oh so caramely hahah if that’s a word and puts you right in the mood for fall! It is also creamy thanks to the cashew butter and date syrup combined, so my dairy free friends can enjoy this healthy snack!
This easy clean healthier dip, is perfect as a center piece for a snack board for a get together, after school snack or needing something sweeter to munch on at night time. Grab your fruits and or salty pretzels and let’s get started!
5 Ingredients Healthy Salted Caramel Apple Dip??
Cashew Butter
Cashew Butter is the best for this recipe. It is creamy, it is mild to where it does not over pour the taste of this dip. Since Cashew Butter is mild, it does not have a nutty after taste like peanut butter or almond butter. Cashew Butter is the nut butter to use when making energy bites or dips like this where you want to create a flavor that is not nutty. Like lemon poppy seed or in this case Salted Caramel Apple!
Date Syrup
Date syrup is an incredible non refined sugar sweetener. Dates are incredibly healthy for you. They are packed with nutrients, antioxidants and high in fiber. It is considered one of the healthiest sweeteners you can consume. It is made directly from the fruit of a date. Just make sure you get one that’s only ingredient is dates like this one!
Coconut Cream
You will want to use coconut cream for this recipe and not coconut milk. Coconut cream as you can guess has a creamier consistency & that is what we want to make this dip very creamy while keeping it dairy free.
Vanilla Extract
Salt
Cinnamon

How to Make the Apple Bowl for the Healthy Salted Caramel Apple Dip
- So start by slicing the side, a little before the stem as seen below. You can see a side angle to see how far.
- Then start coring it out with a knife. I have found doing a circular outline and then cutting the inside into fourths to pop out works well. Just make sure you don’t pierce all the way through.
- Then in order to get it to lay without rolling. The side you are setting it on. Cut it flat ever so slightly so you cannot see if when looking at it straight on, but now it is flat to rest on and will not roll.
- Scoop Healthy Salted Caramel Apple Dip into the Apple Bowl after it has chilled and enjoy!
