What I love about this healthy, easy & delicious smoothie recipe is the coffee used. As we know coffee isn’t ideal for our health, however as a parent, working mom & a person during quarantine… coffee = life haha. So ENTER Karuna Synergy Coffee Blends! Frozen Banana
Peanut Butter
Cocoa Powder
Maca Powder
Milk of choice ( Dairy Free Milk’s work as well!)

Equipment
- high power blender
Ingredients
Chocolate Banana Coffee Breakfast Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 dates pitted
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp Maca Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cocoa Powder
- 3/4 cup Karuna Synergy Coffee Blend
- 1/4- 1/3 cup Milk of choice DF milk of choice
- 3 ice cubes
Instructions
- In a high power blender add in frozen banana, 3 pitted dates cut in half, peanut butter, maca powered, cocoa powder, Karuna Synergy Coffee Blend, Milk of choice & ice cubes on the top. Blend until fully combined! Add more milk if need be to thin out to keep the blender going.
- Pour in glass & sprinkle more cocoa powder on top & banana slices!
- HOW TO GET THAT PEANUT BUTTER DRIZZLE? In a small bowl heat up about 1/2 tsp of coconut oil. Add in 1 tsp peanut butter, mix well & it will be running enough, but not too running to then drizzle on top 🙂
