These are SO tasty & perfect for upgrading so many meals. For example, these are just the right thing when needing a quick appetizer for guests. Ainsley also eats them as is for her dinner or half of one for a snack. I love to put fried eggs on top of them & use as GF option for breakfast… I MEAN the options are endless. These will have all your guests & yourself coming back for one more… two… maybe three. Therefore, they are also perfect for Thanksgiving side dishes as well! Place this on the table as an easy side dish or perfect appetizer. They will pair perfect with that traditional Thanksgiving recipe!

How can I store these Keto Chive Carrot Fritters?
In an air tight container in a the refrigerator is the best place to store these Keto Chive Carrot Fritters! I have not tried freezing them yet. I think it would be a great option to be able to pull out of the freezer– but I am not sure how well the carrots/almond flour will freeze. If you try it please let me know!
Do I have to bake them or can I air fry them?
Yes! You can air fry them & honestly that is my favorite option 🙂 Spray your air fry basket a tiny bit with olive oil or avocado oil spray. NEVER pour oil directly into it– just spray. Then place fritters on crisping plate for 8-10 minutes on each side at 400 degrees.
What are the different ways I can serve these?
Lots of wonderfully delicious options for these babies!
- Low carb burger bun
- Appetizer for the holidays
- Easy snack for kiddos
- Side dish with any of your main dishes!
Does other Gluten Free flour work for these?
I have only used almond flour for these fritters. Coconut flour requires a lot more liquid when baking or cooking with it. I would stick with the almond flour or another gluten free flour that is more one to one, than coconut flour. If you try another flour as always please let me know 🙂
Can I use Dairy Free cheese
I have personally not used dairy free cheese for this recipe, since I don’t bake or cook with it a lot I am unsure how it would work in these fritters. If you try dairy free cheese please let me know!

These fritters were so good!! I made them as an app and they were quick and easy to mix together! Plus, I had all the ingredients at home so I didn’t have to run to the store which was very ideal. As a topping I ended up mixing up a garlic-mayo dip which paired great! I highly recommend these fritters to anyone looking for a easy, simple, and quick app which is also guilt free!
