Tools You Need to Make Easy Sweet and Spicy Salmon Skewers
Wooden Skewers– These are a great example of the skewers that we use to put the salmon on to grill. You can find these in your local grocery store too!
Kitchen Knife – Good kitchen knives are such a game changer. In order to take the salmon skin off ahead of time without butchering your piece of fish a sharp knife like this will make it come off SO easy & perfect.
Mixing Bowls– These are a great set of mixing bowls that are actually on sale currently! Great 3 different sizes, and you will need 2 mixing bowls for this recipe for the marinade & the dipping sauce.
Cutting Board– I really like to use dishwasher safe cutting boards when I am cutting meat, these are a great find.
Atlantic Salmon– I highly recommend only making these salmon skewers with a fattier salmon like Atlantic salmon. It will give you more thickness to be able to skewers, Coho salmon is too dry & thin for kabobs/ skewers
