How Easy Are These No Bake Snacks to Make?
Ingredients:
- 40 Honey Kodiak Bear Bites
- 1 banana ( cut into 20 slices)
- ¾ cup of chocolate chips
- ⅛ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Directions:
- Pair up your Kodiak Bear Bites. I prefer to do the same (paw & paw or bear & bear) so that they are easy to sandwich. So now you will have 20 bear bite pairs
- Slice your banana into 20 slices
- Take a little bit of peanut butter and place it on the inside of one of your bear bites and then place the banana on top. Add a little more peanut butter to the top of that banana and then sandwich the other bear bite that you had paired with the first one on top
- Repeat for all your pairs then place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and freezer for an hour
- Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl and melt in 30 second increments in the microwave.
- Take your bear bites out of the freezer
- Dip half of them in the chocolate, then place back on the baking sheet with parchment paper. Repeat for all of them
- Place back into the freezer and let set for 15 to 30 minutes. Then enjoy!
** Take them out of the freezer and let thaw for about 30 seconds before you bite into them. Store in freezer in air tight container for up to 1 month.

Questions For Easy No Bake Banana Chocolate Bites
Do I have to use peanut butter or can I use other nut butters?
I have not used other nut butters for this recipe however I can only imagine almond butter or cashew butter would be wonderful!
Am I able to store them in the refrigerator?
Since you are freezing the banana, once the banana is out of the freezer it starts to melt. I therefore I highly suggest keeping it in the freezer. You will defrost for about 30 seconds, then they will be good to eat out of the freezer.
What chocolate do you recommend for these bites?
You can use your favorite chocolate!
Do you have to use coconut oil to melt the chocolate?
You don’t have to, however the oil makes the chocolate easier to evenly coat
Could I use the chocolate bear crackers for this recipe?
You can! The more chocolate the merrier 🙂
