- Next you will start cutting the bite sized pieces! Cut the piece of toast down the middle long ways first.

Making the Mini French Toast Bites
- In large mixing bowl add in the Karuna, eggs, vanilla extract, almond extract & cinnamon. Whisk until throughly combined & set aside.
- Next take the 3 pieces of bread on a cutting board. Flatten out with rolling pin, thin almost paper like, but thicker to where it holds together. See above for exact picture instructions. Then cut one line down the center long ways. Then cut 3 more lines horizontally. Creating 4 squares on one side of the bread & 4 squares on the other.
- Continue to do that to all 3 pieces of bread. Then place the square that is across from the other on top of each other. One will be the top & the other will be the bottom. Once you do that you will have 12 pairs. Divide 6 pairs to one side & 6 pairs to the other. 6 of your pairs will be your Strawberries & Cream, the other 6 will be the Peanut Butter Banana.
- Next you will take one piece of the bread & spread either the peanut butter or cream cheese on top. Then place the piece of fruit in center. Then place the partner piece of bread on top & start to pinch the sides to create a pocketed Mini French Toast Bite! Watch videos below if need be!
