How Do You Make These Cookies… Bowls?!
You will make the cookie dough like you normally would. Then you will roll out the cookie dough and use a wide mouth mason jar to cut circles in the dough. Then you will lay the dough you cut out on the BACK of a muffin tin holder, and gently press it to cradle the bottom of it. That way after it bakes it will be the shape of a bowl! See video below:
How Easily DELICIOUS is it to Make?
+Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, as instructed on the box.
+ Follow the directions on the back of the box for the cookie dough
+After you have your delicious cookie dough, roll it out on a floured surface. About ⅓ of an inch thick. Then take a wide mouth mason jar and cut circles in the dough.
+ You will place each circle on the BACK SIDE of a muffin tin. Make sure each of the back side of each muffin holders is greased
+ Then you will lay your circle doughs you just cut out on the back and cup the dough around the muffin tin, so it will shape like a bowl. You do not want to spread it thin onto the muffin tin, you want to just lay it so it hugs the bottom.
+ Then cook for 8 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not panic if you see some of the dough spread, where there are some holes. By the end of the baking a lot of them will expand to connect the holes.
+ After 8 minutes, let cook on the counter for 5-10 minutes. While it is hot, use the back of the spoon to push together any dough if there are still holes around your bowl. After they cool, they will stick together anyways, so a little gap is no big deal.
+Once they cool, take a knife gently around your bowl and then twist the bowl gently around the muffin tin & it will pop right off. Fill with your choice of toppings from above!!
