I am obsessing over these chicken wings. Why did it take me so long to create a recipe for chicken wings in the air fryer?? I will never know, because I will never go back! They are easy, they are clean and they are seriously better than wings you get in a restaurant.. oh yes I WENT THERE! You will be obsessing over these Easy Air Fryer Buffalo Wings.
What I also love about them is that they are air fried to perfection. I mean no need to deep fry, use all that excess oil and fat. The air fryer gets the job done while making them so much more healthy for us, plus you cannot tell the difference!

What Makes These Easy Air Fryer Buffalo Wings.. EASY?
These delicious chicken wings have only have 8 ingredients and are done in 30 minutes! Did you say EASY? Yes ma’am!
- Mlid Buffalo Hot Sauce ( I prefer to use a sauce like New Primal– a whole 30 approved sauce to make sure I have clean ingredients!)
- Honey
- Garlic Ghee
- Salt
- Pepper
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
Need an easy homemade dressing without all the additives, sugars etc. for these delicious wings?
Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing:
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 4 oz blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp mayo-2 tsp
- Worcester Sauce-
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions: 1. In a large bowl that is hand mixer safe. Add in cream cheese, 3 oz of the crumbles, milk, mayo, Worcester sauce, garlic powder & start with 1/2 tsp of salt & pepper. Take hand mixer and on medium setting blend until smooth & fully combined about 3 minutes. Then taste to add in any more salt or pepper to taste, then add in the last oz of blue cheese. Then place in a mason jar or any other tight fit jar & refrigerate.

Equipment
- Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb chicken wings (split– drummies & flats)
- 1/2 cup Mild Buffalo hot sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp garlic ghee
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Combine garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl, whisk until combined.
- In a deep baking pan lay out your chicken wings so they are not ontop of each other. Then drizzle 1 tbsp of ghee over the chicken wings and toss them with your hand to coat on each side.
- Then sprinkle the seasoning above on each side of chicken wings until coated.
- Place the wings in the air fryer to where they are close to one another but not on top of each other. Cook at 380 for 12 minutes on each side. Once they have cooked their last 12 minutes put back in at 400 degrees for 6 minutes to get extra crispy.
- While the chicken wings are cooking those last 6 minutes add the hot sauce, 1 tbsp of melted garlic ghee and honey to a bowl. Whisk until full incorprated.
- Once chicken wings are done toss in the hot sauce mixture and serve!
