NO BAKE TRAIL MIX BARS

We have already made this 4 times, SO needless to say, this is a MUST MAKE, NO BAKE! 

INGREDIENTS:

– hemp seeds – pecans – almonds – peanut butter – maple syrup – collagen – vanilla extract – coconut flour – chocolate chips – apricots – pumpkin seeds

SO these little bars are packed with things to benefit your health & at the same time make your tummy oh so happy!

Instructions:

In food processor add in the hemp seeds, pecans almonds, salt, vanilla extract, collagen, coconut flour, peanut butter, maple syrup.

Pulse for 1-2 minutes, until the mixture starts to stick together, ball up within the food processor. A good check is if your batter sticks together when pressed between your fingers.

Add the nut bar mix into a large bowl. Add in chocolate chips, diced apricots & pumpkin seeds, fold until In a greased 8 X 8 baking dish, press batter down to cover the dish evenly & smooth on the top.

Cover & freeze for at least an hour. Then take out of freezer, cut into bars & place in air tight container in fridge or freezer.
