This 6 ingredient White Bean Hummus is exactly what you need for an appetizer.

INGREDIENTS:

– Cannellini beans – Lemon juiced – Light olive oil – Garlic – Salt – Fresh basil leaves

In food processor add drained & rinsed cannellini beans, juiced lemon, olive oil, garlic cloves, salt & basil. Process until smooth and fully incorporated.

In a serving dish of choice, layer the Easy White Bean Basil Hummus & smooth out with a spatula.

Then sprinkle sliced cherry tomatoes. Next you will sprinkle on the layer of chopped cucumbers.
