Quick Guacamole Black Bean Burger

I was DETERMINED to create a veggie burger that would make me crave more– super easy and that you all would LOVE and here we have it!!

INGREDIENTS:

– Cans of Spicy Black Beans Drained NOT RINSED – Carrot Shredded – Panko Breadcrumbs – Cooked Quinoa – Hatch Green Chilies Drained – Garlic powder

This recipe has 2 preferred cooking methods. I show you how you can cook it on the stove top or in the air fryer.

Cooking Methods:

The burger recipe is naturally gluten free. However, feel free to use regular Panko bread crumbs. Also when it comes to the buns, feel free to use your favorite gluten free bun. 

Gluten Free:

The burger recipe is naturally dairy free. You can choose to omit the piece of cheese at the very end or use your favorite dairy free cheese. The guacamole is so great as a creamy topping alone as well!
