SIMPLE 3 STEP DILL PICKLE DIP

If you love pickles, you are going to devour this in 2.5 seconds, guaranteed! Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

– Greek yogurt – Mayo – Cream cheese – Dill pickle juice – Dill pickles – Garlic

In a deep mixing bowl, add in Greek yogurt, mayo, cream cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Instructions:

With a hand mixer, mix until fully incorporated and the cream cheese is no longer in pieces but mixed well.

Then pour in pickle juice, chopped pickles, and chopped fresh dill. Fold with a spatula until thoroughly mixed.

I personally like to add 1/2 cup dill pickled juice; it does make the dip a bit thinner, but I personally like it that way, so just adjust the juice depending on your consistency preference.

Now be aware that it will thicken a good amount in the fridge after an hour. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Then get ready to dine.
