AIR FRYER ROTISSERIE CHICKEN

Easy Air Fryer Rotisserie Chicken is the best way to make chicken for the holidays or meal prep. Easy, delicious, and healthier than store-bought.

INGREDIENTS:

– Whole chicken – Salted butter – Parsley – Rosemary – Paprika – Thyme – Onion powder – Garlic powder – Garlic

In a deep baking pan, add whole chicken breasts side up without giblets & innards. In a 2-cup glass measuring cup, add 1 stick of salted butter and melt in the microwave in  30-second increments.

Instructions:

Add the chopped parsley and chopped rosemary to the melted butter in the glass measuring cup and whisk together.

Add salt, pepper, paprika, dried thyme, garlic powder, and onion powder to a small bowl, whisk, and set aside.

Take your whole garlic cloves, then, with your knife, slice the cloves thinly along the way and set aside.

Now with the whole chicken, you will take your fingers and run them along the back, breast side up, and top to lift the skin off the chicken.
