DELECTABLE NO BAKE PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL ENERGY BITES

They are so simple, so filling, a great source of protein, & perfect even for that bite after a great workout.

INGREDIENTS:

– Quick Oats – Peanut Butter – Maple Syrup – Chocolate Chunks – Vital Proteins Collagen – Carrot

In a large mixing bowl add in 1 cup peanut butter & maple syrup, stir to incorporate.

Instructions:

Then add in oats, salt, chopped chocolate, collagen, salt, and grated carrots. Fold with a spatula until fully incorporated.

Place parchment paper on the tray & roll out about 1 tbsp. of “dough” for each bite. Continue until the “dough” is gone.

Then place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.

Then transfer to a sealed container & keep in the freezer in an easy-access location.
