EASY GLUTEN FREE COOKIE DOUGH BROWNIE BARS

These are going to be your go to sweet treat snack and/or dessert!

INGREDIENTS:

– dates – peanut butter – almond flour – vanilla extract – maple syrup – honey – cashews – cocoa powder – coconut oil – chocolate chips

In a medium-sized bowl add the creamy peanut butter, almond flour, salt, vanilla, honey, and maple syrup. With a spatula combine until fully incorporated. Then fold in the chocolate chips.

Instructions:

Grease an 8 X 11 pan and press the cookie dough mixture into the pan and smooth the top.

Place in the freezer while you get the brownie layer together.

In a food processor you will add the 10 pitted dates. Cut them in half so it is easier to process. Make sure they are pitted.

Take the cookie dough layer out of the freezer and with a spatula press down the brownie mixture evenly on top. Then place back into the freezer for 30 minutes.
