EASY AND HEALTHY CHOPPED AVOCADO CORN DIP

Not only is this recipe giving you the delicious appetizer you want, but it is also giving you the nutrients you want as well.

INGREDIENTS:

– Corn – Jicama – Bell pepper – Jalapenos – Avocados – Garlic – Limes – Salt

Instructions:

In a large, resealable container, add 1 cup of frozen corn.

Then add in your finely chopped jalapenos & red peppers. As well as your bite-sized pieces of chopped jicama.

After adding your minced garlic, give the ingredients a good mix.

Next, add your avocados chopped into bite-size pieces, salt, and lime juice.

Give it a gentle mix until all is incorporated.
