SIMPLE HOMEMADE SUPERFOOD POPSICLES

These popsicles are packed with a whole  plant–veggies & fruits, vitamins and antioxidants. There is no added sugar and are wonderful for promoting amazing gut health!

INGREDIENTS:

– Pomegranate juice – Karuna ashitaba beet – Banana – Chia seeds – Lime juice

Instructions:

In a high-powered blender, add all the ingredients except the last banana. Blend well for 30 seconds on low, then on high.

Take a large banana & make 1/4-inch slices.

Take the slice & press them on the inside of the popsicle molds how you want them to decorate the sides of your popsicle, then pour the liquid to the top, insert the stick & repeat for each mold!

Freeze for at least up to 5 hours.
