DELECTABLE HIGH PROTEIN CHOCOLATE DONUTS

Easy and High Protein Chocolate Donuts? Need we say more?! These homemade donuts will be a staple in your home.

INGREDIENTS:

– Buttermilk power cakes – Egg – Sugar – Cocoa powder – Milk – Greek yogurt – Oil – Vanilla extract – Chocolate chips

These donuts have the perfect texture, are the perfect sweetness and they are protein-packed thanks to Kodiak Cakes. 

Instructions:

In a big mixing bowl add in your dry ingredients. Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes mix, sugar and cocoa powder.

In a medium sized bowl add in your wet ingredients. Milk, yogurt, oil, egg & vanilla extract. Whisk until thoroughly combined.

Pour wet ingredients into the dry and fold with spatula until combined. Then fold in chocolate chips.

Grease a 6-donut baking dish. Then pipe the donut batter into the baking dish. Bake at 350 for 15–18 minutes, or until toothpicks come out clean.
